Ordering
How do I know if a product will fit my firearm?
Many products sold by R&S Precision Sports are model-specific. Before ordering, review the product title, description, firearm make and model, action length, barrel profile, magazine style, and any fitment notes listed on the product page.

Can I contact R&S before ordering?
Yes. If you have questions about product fitment, availability, shipping, or which category to shop, please contact us before placing your order. We would rather help confirm details ahead of time than have you order the wrong item.
Are all products in stock?
Product availability can change. Please review the product page for current availability before ordering. If timing is important or you need confirmation before placing an order, contact us first.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Product Fitment
What information should I provide when asking a fitment question?
Please include as much detail as possible, including your firearm make, model, action length if known, barrel profile if relevant, magazine type, and the product name or SKU you are considering.
What is the difference between short action and long action?
Short action and long action refer to the action length of certain rifles. This can affect which stock or part will fit your firearm. If you are unsure, review our Stock Buying Guide or contact us before ordering.
Do barrel profiles matter when choosing a stock?
Yes. Some stocks are designed for specific barrel profiles, such as tapered, sporter, heavy, or bull barrels. A stock designed for one barrel profile may not fit another correctly. Always review the product details before ordering.
Shipping
How quickly do orders ship?
R&S Precision Sports works to process orders as quickly as possible. When products are in stock and order conditions allow, orders are typically prepared for shipment promptly. Shipping timing may vary based on product availability, order review, carrier schedules, holidays, and other factors.
Do you ship to California?
No. R&S Precision Sports does not currently ship orders to California due to California restrictions and compliance requirements for firearms-related products, parts, accessories, barrels, and ammunition.
Orders placed with a California shipping address may be canceled and refunded. Please review our California Shipping Notice for more information.
Do you ship firearms?
No. R&S Precision Sports does not sell or ship serialized firearms.
Do you ship ammunition?
R&S Precision Sports carries a limited number of ammunition-related products. Some products may be restricted by destination or require additional review before shipping. Customers are responsible for understanding and following all applicable federal, state, and local laws before ordering.
Returns
What is your return policy?

Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong item?
Return eligibility may depend on the product, condition, timing, and store policy. Because many items are model-specific, we recommend confirming fitment before placing your order whenever possible.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact R&S Precision Sports as soon as possible. Please include your order number, photos if applicable, and a clear description of the issue so we can review the order and help with next steps.
Product Categories
What is the best way to shop the site?
If you know the type of product you need, start with Shop by Product Type. If you know the manufacturer, use Shop by Brand. If you are shopping for a rifle stock and need help, start with the Stock Buying Guide.
Why does a product appear in more than one category?
Some products fit more than one shopping path. For example, a rifle stock may appear in a brand or firearm platform category and also in the main Rifle Stocks category. This helps customers find products in the way that makes the most sense to them.
Legal and Compliance
Am I responsible for knowing whether a product is legal in my area?
Yes. Customers are responsible for understanding and following all applicable federal, state, and local laws before ordering, receiving, possessing, installing, or using any product purchased from R&S Precision Sports.
Can R&S Precision Sports provide legal advice?
No. R&S Precision Sports cannot provide legal advice or determine whether a product is legal for a customer to purchase, receive, possess, install, or use in a specific location.
